With the opening of our new studio in São Paulo, we are looking for a passionate and disciplined eSports Player (FIFA/EA FC Player). You will be the face of our live broadcasts, responsible for demonstrating the highest level of competitive performance on the virtual pitch while strictly adhering to the operational, hygiene, and conduct standards of our professional studio.

About the Role
As a Freelance Studio Player, you will participate in scheduled EA SPORTS FC matches at our professional esports studio.
Players are expected to compete in multiple matches during scheduled shifts while maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and fair play throughout each session.
Selected players will become part of Drafted.GG's player roster and may be invited to work on future match days based on studio scheduling and availability.
Responsibilities
- Participate in scheduled EA SPORTS FC matches at the Drafted.GG studio.
- Maintain a professional attitude during all sessions.
- Follow instructions from referees and studio staff.
- Arrive on time and be ready to play at the scheduled start time.
- Maintain fair play and respectful behavior at all times.
- Complete assigned match sessions during approximately 8-hour shifts.
- Represent Drafted.GG professionally while on-site.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passionate about EA SPORTS FC.
- Strong understanding of the game and competitive mechanics.
- Able to work on-site in São Paulo.
- Available for approximately 8-hour shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable playing multiple matches over extended sessions.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to remain focused throughout long playing sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Regular EA SPORTS FC player.
- Previous participation in community competitions is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in esports communities is a plus.
