In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and deploying end-to-end data solutions — from pipeline development to production deployment in the cloud. You'll work with large, diverse datasets, apply machine learning concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights. Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines from extraction through to operational deployment, supporting scalable and reliable data infrastructure.

Perform data integration, validation, and processing across large datasets from diverse sources to enable valuable business insights and analytics.

Package and deploy code to production cloud environments, ensuring adherence to security standards and relevant data protection regulations.

Collaborate with team members on model reviews and the development of scalable data engineering solutions aligned to business objectives.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner, maintaining data storage and processing systems that meet security and compliance standards.

Contribute to documentation of workflows, tools, and processes while ensuring full compliance with corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer with expertise in development and maintenance support.

Strong knowledge of data engineering including data warehouses and ETL; proficiency in SQL, Python, and at least one data processing framework (e.g., Spark, Flink, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Experience in Data and ML Pipeline orchestration (e.g., Metaflow, MLFlow, AWS Glue) and hands-on experience with AWS Data platforms including Terraform and Docker.

Ability to package and deploy code to production cloud environments; knowledge of CI/CD tools and experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).

Knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience applying them in real-world use cases, including the application of generative AI for business purposes; up to 5% travel time required.

Strong collaboration and communication skills applied successfully within teams and across all levels of the organization.

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are provided to comply with relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of BRL R$113,886.00/Yr – BRL R$134,380.00/Yr,
BRL -Brazilian Real $22,500 – $26,500 USD per year - eligible for benefits and variable compensation.
