Position Description:
We are currently recruiting an Inside Sales professional for Brazil. We understand our staff is essential in achieving growth, account penetration and maximizing sales profitability.
The inside Sales Rep will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Operations Team and General Aviation Operators. Employee will act as a bridge between the local office and headquarters in Miami, being responsible for billing, trip cost estimates, and customer inquiries support. Will keep direct contact with customers to send quotes and orders, set up new accounts, support the Ops team on information about the flights as NOTAM’s and country requirements. Also responsible for contacting and managing dormant accounts, prospects and current customers. Therefore, it is essential for those working in sales to manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Responsibilities:

Agree and achieve quarterly and yearly objectives

Price quotes, review quote activity and initiate follow ups

Contact and reactivate dormant accounts
-
Helping manage customers database, rewards program and tax forms

Get quotes and send Trip Cost Estimates to customers

Monitor invoices and collections, in addition to providing all the necessary administrative support for our customers in the back office

Support the team on events

Perform other duties as assigned

Attend industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
**** AVIATION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED ****

University degree in course or experience in the area

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Office, Outlook, Excel)

Demonstrates a customer service mindset

Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.

Strong organization skills

Smart, proactive, self-starter with a sense of urgency and “can do” attitude

Live in São Paulo or nearby – will work mainly on the Catarina Airport
