Role Summary:
The Workstop Resolution Consultant supports aero-engine shop visits by driving technical evaluation, exposure analysis, and cost optimization initiatives. The role serves as the key interface between shop operations, hardware owners, supply chain, and the global MRO network to ensure data-driven decision that improves throughput, reduce scrap, and enhance engine reliability.
What You will Do:

Analyze engine operational data and assess SB and AD applicability to support incorporation strategy within shop visit workscopes.

Investigate drivers for part exposure and premature removals, conduct root cause and reliability analysis.

Develop Pareto analysis for top scrap and repair drivers.

Provide recommendations to reduce costs and improve yield.

Partner with cost focal and supply chain teams to address material constraints. Assess repair vs. replace strategies.

Support AOG and critical path mitigation planning.

Standardize exposure tracking across MRO network.

Liaise and provide technical responses to hardware owners and OEMs, suppliers and regulatory bodies as needed.

Support TAT reduction initiatives and contribute to Lean/RCCA projects.
What You Will Bring:
Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of Gas Turbine engine theory and aviation maintenance regulations and documentation.

Deep understanding of module-level hardware, component level engine repairs and inspections.

Exposure to SB incorporation, LLP tracking, and engine performance data
-
Experience with Technical publications, AMM, CMMs, ESMs and OEM repair documentation.
Qualifications:

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Aero Engine MRO or Repair support.
Pay Range: $25-$35 per hour
Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Rua Alice Hervé - Bingen, Petrópolis - State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
