Marketing Analyst
Support CSL’s Rare Diseases portfolio by planning, executing, and optimizing omnichannel initiatives that are compliant, data‑driven, and patient‑centric. This role requires creativity and the ability to think out of the box to engage highly specialized audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns (digital, email, events, field enablement) for rare disease brands, ensuring compliance with Medical‑Legal‑Regulatory (MLR) processes.
Analyze performance across channels and recommend optimizations to improve impact and efficiency.
Translate science into stories: simplify complex clinical data for healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Own day‑to‑day execution: manage briefs, timelines, agencies, budgets, and approvals.
Innovate: propose creative solutions and new approaches to reach niche audiences in rare diseases.
Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Market Access, Medical, Compliance, and Customer Service.
Ensure compliance with ANVISA, LGPD, and CSL’s internal policies.
Support launches and key brand initiatives with insights and tactical plans.
Maintain data quality in CRM/marketing tools and support segmentation and personalization.
Continuously upskill on omnichannel best practices and rare disease therapy areas.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
1–3 years of marketing experience (healthcare/pharma preferred).
Hands‑on experience with omnichannel planning and execution; CRM and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
English: fluency desired; Portuguese: fluent required.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with MLR review processes is a plus.
