We are looking for a motivated student to join our team as an Operational Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of customer support within the music industry, developing your skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals while supporting our OFFstep clients.
The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. As an intern, you will be expected to balance your academic responsibilities with a desire for professional growth, maintaining a customer-focused mindset while navigating tasks with guidance from our team.
- Observe and support the team in assisting clients to help them understand OFFstep's products, following instructions and daily learning targets set by mentors;
- Assist in monitoring client inquiries regarding access and plans, learning how to ensure client satisfaction through supervised responses;
- Support the organization of artist tickets, learning to check adhering rules and ticket categorization under guidance;
- Learn to navigate Zendesk by assisting with basic access questions and observing how experienced agents address client needs;
- Assist in the basic monitoring of content performance as a learning exercise;
- Provide administrative assistance to the team, supporting the collection of accounting and marketing information under direct supervision;
- Understand and follow internal regulations and safety standards as part of professional development;
- Perform other basic support activities to assist the department, ensuring constant alignment with mentors.
- Must be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (e.g., Music Business, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields), and be in the 7th semester or earlier.
