About the role
Our Maintenance Engineering Team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Maintenance Department and focuses on Reliability and Maintenance Improvements in collaboration with Production and Utilities process.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work on Mechanical studies and routines to support operation. You will get the opportunity to contribute to improvements and sustainable projects and have a positive impact on site reliability. You will be accountable for:

Conduct maintenance and operational improvement studies, performing statistical data analysis to optimize processes and identify equipment failures.

Develop and implement predictive, preventive, and autonomous maintenance strategies (TPM/TEC), while executing and managing action plans and follow-ups.

Identify and mitigate risks affecting operational safety and equipment performance, while improving proactive mechanical maintenance strategies.

Design data collection and analysis methods to support effective maintenance planning, and identify technical development opportunities with training for maintenance teams.

Interpret technical drawings and hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, prepare BOMs and technical specifications, and liaise with suppliers to obtain technical and commercial proposals.
We offer a permanent contract based onsite mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering. Relevant work experience in Maintenance Department or Project Department.
Competencies:
Data Analysis & Advanced Technologies: Minitab for advanced statistical analysis; Machine Learning knowledge and application in industrial processes; Power BI for data analysis.
Digital & Development Skills: Proficiency in modern workplace digital tools; application development using low-code platforms such as AppSheet, Power Apps, and similar solutions.
Language & Communication: Fluency in English

About the pay
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is R$ 146.000 - R$ 182.000 (with 13o salary included) per year in Brazil.
