Business Development & Sustainability Intern
Location: On-Site – São Paulo
Compensation: R$1,500 – R$2,000/month

We are looking for a motivated intern to support our business development and sustainability efforts.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on lead generation, market research, donor recipient identification, and business development support.
The ideal candidate is curious, organized, proactive, and interested in sustainability, ESG, sales, or international business.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients
Build and maintain prospect databases
Identify NGOs, schools, charities, and donation recipients
Support outreach efforts and follow-up activities
Assist with sustainability and circular economy projects
Maintain CRM records and internal reports
Conduct market and competitor research
Support business development initiatives
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in university
Intermediate English
Strong research and organizational skills
Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work on-site
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
