We are looking for a Sr. Data Management Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting the Human Resources Data Management team. As a key part of our broader People Technology & Operations team, this individual will work across HR to maintain and ensure the integrity of our employee data. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the data used for business decisions, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
This is a fixed term contract role for 12 months of duration.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Lead, Data Management.
Responsibility
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, and external vendors to operationalize and execute employment data and related processes
- Audit employee and contingent worker changes in HR systems including but not limited to hiring, data changes, promotions, leaves of absence and terminations to maintain the highest level of data integrity of worker records
- Process contingent worker full lifecycle requests from pre-boarding to end of contract
- Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of the employee data lifecycle, offering consultation and guidance to stakeholders
- Assist with SOX control audits, including evidence collection, data auditing, monitoring, testing, and process review
- Collaborate with Lead for decisions and approvals for implementations
- Attend in-office meetings or fulfill other responsibilities as required
- Perform other ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
What you bring
Basic
- 2+ years of HR related work experience in a high growth organization
- Experience with Workday or other HCM Systems
- Fluent in English, and Portuguese both verbal and written communications
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Ticketing system
- Expert in Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects with speed, excellent customer service, confidentiality and high attention-to-detail
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience of various HR and People Operations processes
- Ability to think outside of the box and work in a fast paced, high transaction volume, shifting, non-structured environment
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality when required
- Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization and department’s success
