Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related Fields;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the ability to interact daily with international stakeholders;
- Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or related operational areas;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across different regions and cultures;
- Knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics processes is considered a plus.
Activities:
- Monitor inbound transportation activities and shipment performance across Brazil and North America;
- Manage and follow up express transports and critical deliveries;
- Execute transportation bidding activities through our TMS (Transport Management System);
- Monitor and support ShipIT operations;
- Track deliveries, identify transportation risks, and proactively manage operational deviations;
- Perform road and ocean Track & Trace activities and vessel follow-up;
- Monitor Air Freight shipments and coordinate airport pick-up activities;
- Support Container Yard management and inbound transportation flows;
- Investigate transportation issues and support the implementation of corrective actions;
- Ensure compliance with service, lead time, quality, and cost requirements;
- Support escalation management for critical transportation events affecting material availability;
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on transportation reliability and operational efficiency.
