What is the role?
We're looking to recruit an EDI & Wellbeing Specialist on a permanent basis. Reporting to the EDI & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing (EDIW) strategies throughout the organisation.
More about you
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of EDIW (Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing) programmes, projects and initiatives aligned to strategic priorities, ensuring measurable impact.
On a daily basis you will support the implementation of policies and frameworks, maintaining consistency and accessibility across the organisation. In addition to developing practical tools and resources to build inclusive capability, you will use data and insights to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
You will provide subject matter guidance, helping to strengthen knowledge and capability across the organisation.
You will be required on site at least one day a week in either Preston, Leeds or London based on your location.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience delivering EDI, inclusion, wellbeing or wider people initiatives in a complex organisation
- Experience managing or supporting projects, programmes or campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive improvement
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence a range of stakeholders
- Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently using sound judgement
