Diata Health is a US-based metabolic health & weight-loss clinic. We're hiring a warm, articulate team member to call our patients and welcome new ones — you'll be the friendly, professional voice of our clinic.
What you'll do
- Call patients — outreach, scheduling, and follow-up
- Welcome and onboard new patients
- Keep things organized and patients cared for
You must have
- C1-level spoken English — clear, natural, and confident on the phone. (Strict requirement — this role is all about how you sound with patients.)
- Experience on patient or customer phone calls
- A warm, kind, can-do attitude
- Reliable computer + internet; able to work US hours
Nice to have: medical-office / EHR experience, or a sales / patient-intake background.
Hours: Full-time, US hours.
