We're looking for a strategic creative who lives and breathes social. Someone who can take a client's marketing goals, dig into platform trends and audience insights, and turn them into clear, actionable content direction for our designers and creators to execute. You'll sit between our Creative Director and the production team, ensuring every piece of social content is rooted in strategy, not just aesthetics.
This is a thinking role as much as it is a doing role. What matters here is your ability to connect business objectives to social content decisions and communicate that direction clearly to the team.
This is not an SEO, long-form blog, or editorial writing role. If your core experience is search-driven content, organic blog traffic, or publishing, this isn't the right fit.
Core Responsibilities
- Translate client marketing plans, campaign objectives, and platform trends into clear, actionable social content briefs for the creative and production teams
- Develop organic social content strategies and brand positioning across client accounts, with platform-native thinking for Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and social listening to inform content direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative Director, media buying, and production teams to ensure social content is strategically aligned and production-ready
- Stay current on platform updates, social media trends, and content best practices across relevant channels
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency (mandatory): all briefs, documentation, and internal communication are conducted in English
- 3+ years in social media content strategy at a digital marketing or creative agency
- Deep, hands-on understanding of organic social across Instagram, TikTok, and other major platforms, and how creative execution supports broader marketing goals
- Proven ability to develop social content strategies across multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a strategic foundation, able to connect brand positioning to social content output
- Clear, concise communicator who can articulate direction effectively to creative teams
