Main Responsibilities:

Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes for new hires.
- Manage administrative HR tasks, including leave requests, absences, vacations, working hours, and temporary staff.
- Assist in the organization and follow-up of internal training initiatives.
- Manage employee benefits and coordinate medical examinations.
- Prepare and report HR information to Headquarters.
- Participate in talent attraction initiatives, including job fairs and employer branding activities.
- Support the Occupational Health & Safety area and contribute to the general activities of the People & Culture department.
