We are looking for a Pricing Zone Manager to drive pricing strategy and performance across a large-scale business scope. This role plays a critical part in maximizing value creation, ensuring pricing excellence, and aligning cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
The position acts as a key bridge between global and local teams, ensuring effective deployment of pricing strategies and continuous performance improvement.

Define and lead the overall pricing strategy for the assigned scope.

Analyze market dynamics, pricing trends, margins, and opportunities to optimize profitability.

Monitor pricing performance through detailed monthly analysis (by activity and segment), identifying gaps versus targets.

Develop and lead action plans to improve pricing performance.

Support Net Price definition and lead price repositioning initiatives (e.g., Offer Optimization).

Drive cross-functional pricing initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Ensure strong pricing governance, including special price agreements, contracts, and exceptions.

Actively contribute to global pricing programs and continuous process improvement efforts.

Serve as the subject matter expert in pricing analytics, methodologies, and tools.

Build and strengthen pricing capabilities across the organization (Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management teams).

Lead the deployment and standardization of pricing tools, processes, and best practices.

Ensure high-quality deliverables in pricing-related projects (e.g., pricing structure, stage-gate reviews).

Participate in the approval of discounts, special prices, and key commercial conditions.

Own and manage pricing systems and governance (processes, people, and tools) within the scope.

Lead and/or develop pricing teams, depending on role scope.

Define and execute the pricing communication strategy within the organization.

Translate pricing strategy into clear and actionable guidelines for commercial and operational teams.

Ensure consistent understanding and implementation of pricing policies and best practices.

Act as a key interface between Business Units, Global Marketing, and local stakeholders.

Lead the journey toward pricing excellence within the organization.

Act as a control and support point for pricing performance management.

Contribute to channel compliance and corridor management initiatives.

Proven experience in pricing, revenue management, finance, or commercial strategy.

Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.

Experience leading cross-functional projects in complex organizations.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership interaction.

Strong data analysis and pricing tool capabilities (preferred).

Previous experience managing teams or leading large-scale initiatives is a plus.
