You will lead Level 2 IT support, acting as the escalation point for complex issues while ensuring a stable, secure, and high-performing workplace environment across end-user devices, networks, and telephony systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead second-line (Level 2) support and resolve complex IT issues

Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and telephony systems

Manage end-user devices and IT asset lifecycle

Ensure strong IT security and workplace performance

Maintain documentation and improve support processes
Requirements
-
5+ years in IT support or systems administration

Strong Microsoft 365, Windows, and endpoint management knowledge

Solid networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)

ITIL, MCSA, or CCNA certifications preferred

Proactive, customer-focused, and strong communicator
