We are looking for a Network Engineer / Network Project Manager (TCO). This role focuses on providing advanced network support, ensuring infrastructure stability, and managing incidents in large-scale enterprise environments.
The position requires strong interaction with technical teams, stakeholders, and business units, combining hands-on network expertise with Agile methodologies. The professional will play a key role in troubleshooting, environment support, incident management, and continuous service improvement.
Your missions
Investigate and resolve network incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions
Provide support for network environments, ensuring stability, availability, and performance across WAN, LAN, MAN, and SD-WAN infrastructures
Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, Netskope, and Aruba
Manage incidents, changes, and problems following ITSM practices (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring SLA and KPI compliance
Apply Scrum and Agile methodologies in daily activities, contributing to team organization and delivery efficiency
Monitor network performance using tools such as Zabbix and SolarWinds, ensuring proactive issue identification
Support firewall configuration and management (Fortinet, Checkpoint), ensuring network security and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service continuity and infrastructure reliability
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
Support communication systems, including videoconferencing, telephony, and collaboration tools such as MS Teams
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize network operations and processes
Your profile
Strong experience in network engineering or network project management roles within large-scale enterprise environments
Solid knowledge of networking concepts, including routing and switching, wireless networks, and firewall technologies
Hands-on experience with protocols and technologies such as WAN, LAN, MAN, EIGRP, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, WLAN, NetFlow, TACACS, NAT, DNS, QoS, SIP, and VoIP
Experience with network monitoring tools such as Zabbix and SolarWinds
Experience with firewall configuration and security solutions (Fortinet, Checkpoint)
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident and service management
Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum practices; prior experience as a Scrum Master is a plus
Exposure to ZTNA solutions (e.g., Netskope) is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to maintain focus in dynamic and high-pressure environments
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
