Execute client data migrations from files (ranging from simple to highly complex) into our SaaS platform, ensuring seamless and accurate transfers;
Provide support to both employees and clients, resolving data import-related issues and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience;
Identify, document, and report bugs in the internal Import Tool. Track progress and collaborate with the team until issues are fully resolved;
Develop innovative solutions, including script automation; to continuously enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity;
Uphold the highest standards of data security and confidentiality by rigorously applying established policies and best practices;
Collaborate closely with team members, assisting in complex problem-solving, process documentation, and technical support as needed;
Test and validate newly developed solutions, offering constructive feedback and proactively seeking opportunities for process improvement.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm;
