Business Intelligence Partner at BairesDev
In this role, you'll serve as the focal point of contact between BI and a specific area of the company, gathering the area's needs and collaborating with the BI team to enhance dashboards, metrics, and reports. You'll create, update, and improve dashboards, tools, and reports to empower teams to make informed decisions and achieve their targets. This is your opportunity to master the skills of dashboard creation while learning in detail about all areas of the company, directly impacting how teams use data to drive results.
What You'll Do:
- Build dashboards and reports across areas.
- Lead bi-weekly meetings between BI and other areas.
- Gather the area's needs and collaborate to solve challenges or pain points.
- Review and recommend improvements to the performance of KPIs.
- Conduct research and gather data to support better analysis of outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- 1-3 years of experience meeting with stakeholders to gather their needs and pain points in their areas.
- 1-3 years of experience building dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Sheets and Workspace.
- Familiarity with Tableau.
- Knowledge of Databricks.
- Experience with Power BI.
