The role enables the Geo Marketing Leader, and owns performance reporting, and strategic synthesis for their assigned geography.
Key job responsibilities
- Enable understanding of marketing strategy and measurement: Translate global marketing strategy into clear narratives explaining MEP framework, measurement methodologies (MSP MTA vs. IPMM), investment allocation logic, and the rationale behind coverage decisions—providing content and materials that Geo Marketing Leader can use to ensure sales leadership understands what marketing does, how it's measured, and why.
- Deliver Geo/Area-level performance reporting and insights: Deliver comprehensive performance commentary and actionable insights to the Geo Leaders that make marketing's full impact visible, including IPMM results, sub-threshold activity (MTA MSP), and total marketing engagement—enabling informed sales planning and W/M/QBR discussions.
- Partner deeply with Geo Marketing Leaders: Provide regular performance reports/summaries, and pre-built narratives that equip Geo Marketing Leaders to confidently represent marketing's complete picture in all Sales Leadership meetings and reviews.
- Establish structured collaboration mechanisms: Build and maintain interlocks with Global Sales Operations, Area Sales Operations, and MSO teams—ensuring seamless information flow between central strategy and execution while joining existing processes rather than creating parallel structures.
