We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant to join our global team and contribute to the development of scalable automation solutions and process optimization initiatives for enterprise clients.

Map, analyze, and understand current automation workflows using Power Automate.
Identify quick-win improvements (“fast track”) as well as long-term optimization opportunities.
Support the definition, prioritization, and maintenance of the automation backlog.
Develop new automation flows and integrations between internal systems.
Partner with business areas to gather and understand requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable and efficient automation solutions.
Redesign and optimize business processes before automation implementation to ensure operational efficiency.
Act in a consultative role, proposing improvements, best practices, governance models, and architecture standards for Power Platform solutions.
Document workflows, business processes, and technical/functional solutions.
Drive demands end-to-end with autonomy while interacting directly with stakeholders and leadership teams.
Solid experience with Power Automate, including Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows in complex enterprise scenarios.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem, including SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel Online, and Dataverse.
Experience gathering requirements and acting in a consultative role alongside business stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with process mapping, analysis, redesign, and optimization (AS-IS / TO-BE).
Experience integrating systems through native connectors, REST APIs, OData, webhooks, and custom connectors.
Ability to create technical and functional documentation for processes and architectures.
Autonomous profile with the ability to independently manage demands and priorities.
Experience working directly with stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional environments.
English communication skills (conversation, reading, and writing).
Experience with Power Platform governance initiatives, including Center of Excellence (CoE).
Microsoft certifications such as PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600.
Experience in digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
