As a Junior Paid Media Analyst, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
You’ll work closely with senior team members to learn campaign management, reporting, media buying, and performance analysis while gaining hands-on experience with international clients and multi-market campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone analytical, proactive, organized, and eager to grow in performance marketing.
English fluency is important, as you will collaborate with international teams and clients.
Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist in setting up and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Support campaign optimization and daily monitoring
- Help organize media plans, budgets, and campaign structures
- Assist with audience targeting, keyword research, and ad creation
- Support A/B testing initiatives and performance analysis
Reporting & Analytics
- Help prepare performance reports and dashboards
- Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Learn how to translate data into actionable insights
Operational Support
- Maintain campaign organization and task tracking inside our CRM/tools
- Support communication and follow-ups internally with the team
- Ensure campaigns and tasks are updated accurately
- Collaborate with SEO, creative, and strategy teams
Learning & Growth
- Continuously develop paid media and analytics knowledge
- Participate in internal trainings and feedback sessions
- Learn performance marketing best practices across multiple channels
- Develop strategic thinking and campaign ownership over time
- 0–2 years of experience in Paid Media or Digital Marketing
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Interest in performance marketing and data analysis
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn fast
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Agency internship or previous digital marketing experience is a plus
