What the day will look like
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for Aon’s global accounts based in São Paulo, managing relationships, opportunities, and day-to-day needs across a broad range of corporate risks. You will coordinate with internal experts to ensure tailored, high-quality solutions for our clients.

Act in the service of Aon accounts in São Paulo, maintaining close, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

Manage the pipeline and opportunities in corporate risks, ensuring visibility and progression across all stages of the sales cycle.

Execute Aon’s commercial strategy by supporting existing clients and identifying and generating new business opportunities.

Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure customized solutions that address specific client demands.

Coordinate and monitor all stages of client projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and requirements are met.

Handle clients’ day-to-day needs, including policy issuance, invoice payment follow-up, policy adjustments, endorsements, and renewals.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—across broking, technical, and operations—to bring the best of Aon to your clients, while also being their primary advocate within the firm.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Advanced English-
Experience in client-facing roles within insurance, brokerage, or corporate risk management, ideally serving large or multinational clients.

Solid understanding of corporate risk solutions and the insurance market, with the ability to manage pipelines and spot new business opportunities.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills, capable of effectively connecting clients with internal teams and resources.

Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

High level of organization, attention to detail, and ownership when managing day-to-day client needs such as policy issuance, adjustments, endorsements, invoices, and renewals.
