We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team and lead the planning, coordination, and execution of telecom solution delivery projects.
The TPM will coordinate Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance activities, working in close collaboration with internal teams including Managed Services (MS), NPI, Care, R&D, and customer stakeholders. This role combines technical leadership with strong project execution and customer-facing responsibilities.
YOUR ROLE
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle
- Perform project setup and planning, including scope, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in design, integration, validation and acceptance
- Execute and control project delivery according to agreed plans
- Identify, analyze, and manage technical risks, defining mitigation actions
- Ensure effective project execution, tracking progress and resolving issues
- Own project status reporting, including achievements. Progress, results, issues and risks, next steps
- Lead and support customer-facing technical activities
- Act as the main technical interface with R&D teams
- Perform technical review and validation of key project documentation (High-Level Design (HLD); Low-Level Design (LLD); SVS / Test Strategy; ATP; MOP)
- Coordinate Test and Acceptance activities, ensuring readiness and successful completion
