Human Resource Business Partner - LATAM
- Hybrid work model, prioritizing on-site presence according to business needs.
This professional will act as the LATAM HR Business Partner, with a strong focus on leadership development, cultural strengthening, and mainly providing strategic business support with a focus on performance, talent management, coaching, and Organizational Development solutions. This role will have high global exposure and offers the opportunity to expand international experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Solid experience in Human Resources, acting as a Business Partner.
• Knowledge in: Culture, Training, Performance Management, and Leadership Development.
- Advanced English; Advanced Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Availability to work in the city of Indaiatuba/SP.
Responsibilities
- Partner with divisional leadership and employees to build a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company culture and business goals.
• Support managers and supervisors with performance management, coaching, and development.
- Act as a trusted partner for employees, providing coaching, support, and guidance on development and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct individual and small group meetings with employees, including onboarding follow-ups and exit interviews.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives through small, empowered teams, aiming to improve processes and support operational excellence.
- Design and deliver engaging leadership and employee training, evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improving engagement and learning outcomes.
- Support leadership on organizational design and organizational effectiveness topics as needed.
