LiftTalk is seeking English-speaking mental health professionals in Brazil with backgrounds in psychology, ABA, behavioural support, counselling, social work, emotional support, or related fields.
Coaches provide one-on-one, non-clinical support through text, voice, and video sessions. This is a fully remote, flexible independent contractor opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct text, voice, and video sessions
- Support users with emotional well-being, relationships, personal growth, and life challenges
- Use active listening and clear communication
- Maintain professional boundaries and follow platform guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- Good interpersonal and active listening skills
- Empathy, professionalism, and reliability
- Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Relevant backgrounds may include psychology, ABA therapy, behavioural intervention, counselling, social work, peer support, emotional support, coaching, or related fields.
No clinical license is required.
Work Details

Compensation
- Revenue-sharing model rather than hourly pay or salary
- Newly approved Coaches currently receive a 50% revenue share
- Earnings come from completed client sessions
- Payments are issued twice weekly through the platform Wallet
- Additional performance incentives may be available
- Income varies and is not guaranteed

Additional Information
Clients independently discover and select Coaches through the platform.
This is a non-clinical support role and does not involve psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical care, clinical counselling, or any activity requiring a healthcare license.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: R$20,362.00 - R$30,543.00 per month
