Role Summary
Responsible for enablement training, focusing on sales training and refresh sessions to ensure new and existing representatives adhere to excellence standards and internal processes. This role conducts practical evaluations and facilitates instructional content to bridge skill gaps, contributing to sales performance and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct enablement training and nesting for new Sales Representatives to ensure operational readiness.
- Plan and deliver sales training and refresh sessions based on identified performance gaps or process updates.
- Apply andragogical principles and adult learning methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer and high levels of participant engagement.
- Conduct practical evaluations to ensure participants have acquired the required skills and meet performance standards.
- Identify training needs and propose action plans for individual or group development.
- Deliver feedback sessions to participants and operational leadership regarding training progress and results.
- Record and communicate training schedules and curriculum updates to all relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and post individual training reports, providing data-driven insights into participant performance.
- Ensure adherence to training standards, internal processes, and specific client requirements.
- Monitor training KPIs and work with the operations team to implement corrective training actions when required.
- Contribute to process improvement and sales enablement by promoting educational initiatives based on results.
- Analyze training indicators to drive continuous improvement within the onboarding and refresh programs.
- Act as a facilitator for operational enhancements through targeted educational workshops and training forums.
- Foster an organizational culture focused on high performance, continuous learning, and sales excellence.
- Support the development of operational teams through ongoing coaching and refreshers.
- Ensure the integrity and availability of training materials and documentation within the company's data base.
- Contribute to presenting training results in internal meetings.

- Accurately log training performance and evaluation results in the LMS and reporting tools.
- Ensure the delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly training reports to stakeholders, highlighting onboarding progress and refresh session outcomes.
- Participate in training forums, alignment meetings, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders to synchronize strategic goals.
- Provide constructive feedback on performance and behavior to trainees during onboarding and refresh processes.
- Contribute with suggestions to enhance training curricula, instructional materials, and evaluation models.
- Interpret sales scripts, policies, and standards with precision, considering differences across various campaigns and profiles.
- Maintain instructional authority and assertiveness during sessions.
- Manage a high volume of participants while upholding consistency and a high standard of educational quality.
- Balance andragogical standards, business requirements, and operational reality when facilitating training sessions.
- Continuously adapt to operational changes, system updates, new sales technologies, and evolving customer expectations.
- Support the delivery of specialized workshops focused on sales enablement and process optimization.
- Collect and organize training data to enable the identification of learning trends, knowledge patterns, and critical skill deviations.
- Ensure integrity, reliability, and availability of training data used for strategic decision-making.
- Support the implementation of structured training methodologies and scalable instructional frameworks.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of training performance presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Support the mapping, design, and optimization of onboarding processes with a focus on efficiency and time-to-proficiency.
Education and Experience
- Required:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Previous experience in teaching or training.
- Fluent English (C1).
- Preferred, but not required: Instructional Design, Gamification for Learning, or Corporate Coaching certifications, understanding of CX frameworks.
