A fast-growing SaaS company in the professional services space is looking for an Implementation Specialist to own the full client onboarding and implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live.
The platform powers end-to-end operational workflows for firms across multiple international markets. Following a period of rapid growth, the team is expanding implementation capacity to support a growing customer base, working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on accountability and ownership.
Day-to-day, this role manages 8–12 concurrent client implementations, leads kickoff calls and milestone reviews, maintains project documentation and templates, and partners across Solutions, Product, Training, and Client Success. Success means implementations stay on track, timelines are met, and clients are set up for long-term success.
Requirements
Must-Have
-
2+ years of SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer onboarding experience with end-to-end ownership from kickoff through go-live

Proven experience managing 8–12 concurrent client implementation projects across varying sizes and complexity levels

Hands-on use of project management and task-tracking tools to manage milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, including building documentation and replicating client-specific report formats

Experience coordinating cross-functionally with Solutions, Product, and Client Success teams on data migration and platform configuration

C1+ English (CEFR) for direct, client-facing communication with US-based stakeholders
Nice-to-Have

Industry exposure to PropTech, real estate, or professional services SaaS

Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Monday.com, or Baton

Experience supporting mid-market or enterprise client implementations

Exposure to data migration, implementation configuration, or solution delivery workflows
