About the Role
We are hiring a Brazil Operations & Logistics Lead to manage hardware logistics and supply chain operations for Hub's Brazil office. This is a hands-on role focused on hardware procurement, customs, and import operations, reporting to the Head of Staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hardware logistics operations for the Brazil office
- Coordinate hardware procurement, receiving, and inventory tracking
- Handle customs clearance and import documentation for hardware shipments
- Manage relationships with local suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers
- Work with the global operations team based in the US
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
- Experience with Brazilian customs regulations and import processes
- Strong written and spoken English (required: daily communication with US team)
- Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Based in Sao Paulo, SP
