Act as the top technical authority across enterprise PAM/IAM projects, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, security, and consistency;
Lead the technical direction of multiple high-complexity enterprise initiatives simultaneously;
Own and drive critical technical decisions in enterprise-scale environments and high-pressure scenarios;
Conduct architecture definition sessions, technical governance reviews, technical kickoffs, go-lives, stabilization phases, and solution validation activities;
Provide enterprise-level technical leadership and architectural direction to delivery teams and strategic stakeholders;
Serve as a trusted technical advisor in executive-level customer interactions when necessary;
Design, validate, and evolve scalable PAM/IAM architectures across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures;
Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis involving critical production incidents, distributed systems, integrations, authentication flows, and performance issues;
Proactively identify technical risks, architectural gaps, and long-term scalability concerns, ensuring sustainable enterprise environments;
Establish technical governance standards, best practices, reusable frameworks, and knowledge-sharing structures to reduce dependency on individual contributors;
Mentor consultants, engineers, and technical leads, strengthening overall delivery capability and technical maturity across the organization;
Act as technical owner for strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term architectural consistency and customer trust.
Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure environments, including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid architectures;
Deep expertise in networking, cybersecurity, authentication, and distributed systems;
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and architectures;
PAM experience is highly preferred;
Proven experience leading technical delivery, architecture governance, and enterprise-scale technical initiatives;
Strong experience handling critical production incidents, complex troubleshooting, and high-availability enterprise environments;
Experience operating in global or multi-region enterprise organizations;
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills;
Advanced English proficiency.
