Infosys Brazil is looking for professionals with the profile of Senior Network Analyst to join our team.
Main activities and responsibilities:

Configure, manage, and maintain CISCO switches, firewall,routers and Wifi.

Diagnose and resolve network issues.

Implement security policies and network best practices.

Collaborate with IT teams to optimize network infrastructure.

Document processes and configurations.
Required Qualifications:

Fluency in English.

Advanced knowledge of CISCO network technologies.

Experience with PMI and ITIL project management methodologies.

Skill in configuring and maintaining CISCO switches, firewall, routers and Wifi.

Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto network technologies.

Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
-
Relevant CISCO certifications (CCNA, CCNP).
