As an Engineering Manager – Flexible Pipe Systems Design, you will lead the global analysis and design activities for flexible pipe systems, managing teams and ensuring delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.

Manage team workload, development and wellbeing.

Lead and mentor engineering teams.

Support capability building and performance management.

Lead pipe design and local analysis of flexible pipe systems.

Manage global analysis and dynamic modeling activities.

Review and approve structural, fatigue and interference analysis.

Prepare cost estimates and support planning cycles.
-
Manage engineering deliverables and documentation.
-
Monitor schedule, budget and resources.
-
Drive product and process innovation.
-
Develop methodologies and apply Lean principles.
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Interface with clients and internal stakeholders.
-
Participate in technical and leadership reviews.
-
Support Sales, Execution and Aftermarket teams.

Ensure compliance with engineering, quality and safety standards.

Review technical documentation and requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Structural or Naval Engineering.

Have a Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
-
Have 8+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

Have experience in flexible pipe systems and design engineering.
-
Have 4+ years of leadership experience.

Have advanced English communication skills.

Knowledge of pipe design and lifecycle management.
-
Experience with Orcaflex and numerical analysis.
-
Strong leadership and stakeholder influence skills.

Ability to manage complex projects.
