Growth Operator – São Paulo, Brazil at Hub.xyz (Y Combinator P26)
This is not a desk job. Hub is a Y Combinator P26 company with Demo Day on June 16. We are opening our ground operation in Brazil and need one driven person to own it entirely.
You will build and run Hub’s on-the-ground network in São Paulo: managing Scouts, closing local partnerships, handling logistics, and driving contributor growth.

Hub collects real-world data for AI, especially first-person video that trains AI and robots. Contributors record daily life with a head-mounted phone. You will build and scale this network on the ground in Brazil.
We run Hub Scouts — local operators who recruit contributors. The model works across Latin America. Brazil is wide open. You will be Hub’s person in São Paulo.
What you’ll own:
- Recruit, onboard, coach and manage Scouts across Brazil
- Drive active contributors and recording hours in Brazil using any channel that works
- Find and close local partnerships (factories, workplaces, etc.)
- Handle logistics, equipment shipping and reimbursements
- Support marketing with local creator stories and testimonials
Your first 30 days:
- Week 1: Record your own hours, understand the experience, meet existing Scouts
- Weeks 2-3: Own the Scout team, start recruitment and partnerships in São Paulo
- Week 4: Run a live operation with active contributors and partnerships. Report to Dany and Tim.
Who you are:
Based in São Paulo and ready to start on-site immediately.
Fluent in professional English (written + spoken) plus Portuguese.
Extremely proactive, self-directed and hungry. A true generalist who switches between management, logistics, sales and marketing daily. Comfortable working in the field and meeting people.
Role & compensation:
Starts lean (internship or junior contract possible) and grows into full-time founding-team role for the right person. Compensation discussed on call. Reports to Dany and Tim.
