Act in the financial and operational control of logistics to ensure governance across freight, payments and packaging. You will focus on operational discipline, data accuracy, on-time execution and continuous improvement to keep logistics costs predictable and compliant.
Our Team
You will work within the Logistics/Finance area, partnering closely with Accounting, Accounts Payable, Commercial and Transportation teams. The team emphasizes operational rigor, data quality and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and process invoices and CT-e (electronic transport documents) for inbound, return and transfer shipments.
- Ensure payments are made on time and match negotiated values to avoid fines and rework.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with carriers and logistics suppliers to reduce outstanding documentation.
- Execute and improve cost provision processes to ensure financial predictability.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of freight information in systems (for example: WGS, Transporeon, Salesforce).
- Support the Logistics team with purchase order creation, supplier setup and cost forecasting.
- Propose and track operational and financial KPIs; support cost-to-serve analyses and identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Degree in progress or completed in Logistics, Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in administrative/logistics routines, preferably involving freight, payments or transport operations.
- Knowledge of payment processes, cost provisioning and control of fiscal documents.
- Intermediate Excel skills (analysis, controls, data consolidation).
- English is desirable - a plus but not required.
