Key Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot and maintain servers, switches, cabling, monitoring systems, and related data center infrastructure.
- Incident Management: Handle incidents, escalations, and ticket resolution while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Technical Coordination: Work with engineers, vendors, and remote teams to resolve technical issues and support operational improvements.
- Operational Excellence: Support maintenance activities, upgrades, risk inspections, and process optimization.
- Documentation & Reporting: Create incident summaries, operational reports, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Academic & Experience: 3+ years of experience in IT support, data center operations, NOC, infrastructure, or network operations.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of servers, networking, Windows/Linux systems, cabling, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Operational Knowledge: Familiar with ticketing systems, incident management, SLA processes, and technical documentation.
- Language Skills: Portuguese fluency required; English required for meetings, documentation, and communication with international teams. Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud or data center environments.
- Familiarity with VLAN, TCP/IP, switching, routing, fiber/copper cabling, and monitoring tools.
- Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, AWS, Linux, or similar are a plus.
