Job Description:
Support the administrative routines of the area by contributing to process organization, control updates, and operational activities, while developing professional skills through hands-on learning, team interaction, and participation in corporate routines.
- Support document control and organization;
- Assist in updating spreadsheets and departmental reports;
- Provide support for the department’s administrative and operational routines;
- Support entries, updates, and requests in internal systems;
- Assist in monitoring administrative processes and demands;
- Support communication between departments and internal requests;
- Assist with meeting scheduling and calendar organization;
- Support the preparation of presentations and administrative materials;
Provide support to teams in other routine departmental activities.

Education
High school diploma completed; currently pursuing a technical degree or higher education in Administration or related fields.
Languages
Intermediate to advanced English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Organization skills and ability to support multiple demands;
- Ability to quickly learn corporate tools and systems;
- Interest in administrative routines and corporate processes;
- Basic knowledge of internal customer service and administrative support.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft tools;
Familiarity with digital and collaborative tools.
Participation in school projects or extracurricular courses will be considered a plus.
