Required experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or PMI-ACP.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in financial technology or related industries.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile squads.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Main activities, responsibilities, and scope of the position:
Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
Collaborate closely with development squads, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Ensure user stories are well-defined, clear, and actionable for development teams.
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements.
Facilitate Decision-making to resolve product-related issues and remove impediments.
Drive alignment across teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
