Commercial Agent
Role Summary
The Commercial Agent is responsible for executing routine and operational tasks that support the commercial team, ensuring that client pages are updated, monitored, and functioning properly. This role works closely with Account Managers but is not subordinate to them, focusing on the practical execution of uploads, requests, tracking, and follow-ups, while freeing Account Managers to dedicate themselves to strategy and client relationship management. This role has high exposure to adult content. It is essential that the candidate has no objections or restrictions regarding direct and frequent interaction with such content.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full custom content flow: request from the client, receive delivery, and upload to the end consumer.
Upload stories, daily content, and on-demand content to platforms, following the given instructions.
Forward requests for Price & Guidelines updates to the Commercial Analyst and verify that approved changes are properly reflected on the pages.
- Support the tracking of content deliveries (checklists, spreadsheets, records).

Ensure timely execution of uploads and deliveries.
Collect and consolidate commercial KPIs (e.g., volume of uploads, customs delivered, stories published, incidents reported).
- Perform operational follow-ups with clients, ensuring resolution of simple pending requests (e.g., confirmation of content delivery, custom content status).
- Keep records of interactions up to date, escalating relevant points to Account Managers

- Work under a strong routine and short deadlines with a high volume of repetitive tasks.
- Maintain strict attention to detail, as mistakes or delays may generate financial and reputational impacts.
- Ability to prioritize operational demands appropriately without interfering in strategic decision-making.
- Responsibility to maintain consistency, reliability, and accuracy in all executed processes.
- High exposure to sensitive and adult-oriented content, requiring maturity, discretion, and no personal objections to working with such material on a daily basis.
Education and Experience
Required:
Preferred (considered a plus):
Prior experience in operational support, back-office, or digital services.
Familiarity with digital tools and online platforms.
Short courses or training in administrative routines, digital content production, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of file organization and flow management.
Interest in learning commercial processes and client relationship routines.

Workspace Specifications and Requirements
