What you will do:
- Build and enhance a unified observability layer covering logs, metrics, incidents, and application performance.
- Develop multi-level dashboards tailored to different stakeholders, including executive leadership, DevOps, and engineering teams.
- Create decision-oriented data visualizations using Grafana and Power BI.
- Implement advanced analytics to identify patterns, anomalies, and trends.
- Support the development of predictive models for incident prevention and operational insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to ensure data consistency, adoption, and business value.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience with Power BI, Grafana, and data visualization best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Log Analytics and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- Experience with Databricks or advanced analytics platforms.
- Understanding of observability concepts in distributed systems.
- Experience with analytics, AI/ML, or anomaly detection techniques.
- Knowledge of data modeling and data engineering principles.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on driving business value through data.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluent English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working in SRE and/or DevOps environments.
- Experience with IoT ecosystems or large-scale digital platforms.
- Experience collaborating in international and multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native observability solutions and monitoring frameworks.
- Certifications related to Data Analytics, Power BI, Azure, or Observability are a plus.
