Responsibilities
Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), being part of the Corporate Services department, was founded in June 2015. Growing with the company while fulfilling our massive global footprint, RE&F has developed a delicacy management model of the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning, transaction management, project management, and facilities management. We are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager with relevant expertise and passion to support facilities operations for our LATAM offices.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service provider, ensuring consistent service delivery, operational excellence, and alignment with business needs across office locations.
- Develop and implement operational playbooks for each site to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards in facilities operations.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including Admin, Logistics, Physical Security, EHS, IT Service Desk, and IT Service Operations to deliver integrated workplace solutions and support business continuity.
- Serve as the primary escalation point of contact with property management teams and landlords, maintaining strong working relationships and resolving facility-related issues effectively.
- Generate annual facilities management operating expense (OpEx) budgets, communicate re-projections as needed, and review financial reporting to monitor actuals versus forecast.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships, address escalations, and ensure service providers perform in accordance with agreed expectations, contractual obligations, and operational requirements.
- Ensure facilities requests are responded to within established SLAs and delivered at the highest levels of customer service, while driving accountability across service teams.
- Review and approve vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies, and perform monthly rent reviews to ensure accuracy and financial compliance.
- Effectively manage and support the facilities needs of multiple Business Units, balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support efficient issue resolution and long-term operational success.
- Monitor and review the flow of issues, service requests, and operational tasks through the facilities ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, supporting hard services in the office setting.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building infrastructure, including HVAC, lighting controls, plumbing systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience supporting operational requirements for culinary and kitchen facilities.
- Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated success in managing vendors, contractors, and service provider relationships.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders clearly, effectively, and succinctly.
- English fluency as this role requires collaborating with global teams and vendors.
