We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a portfolio of Infrastructure and Operational Technology (OT) initiatives across the Americas. This is a long-term opportunity within a global enterprise environment, managing projects that support critical business operations, infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and site technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong project leader who excels in governance, stakeholder management, and navigating complex environments with multiple teams and priorities.

Manage a portfolio of infrastructure and operational technology projects from initiation through delivery.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, applications, security, and business stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, budgets, and status reporting.

Lead project governance activities, including scope management, issue tracking, risk mitigation, and executive communications.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to define requirements, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.

Manage both large strategic initiatives and smaller operational demands simultaneously.

Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Provide clear and concise reporting to leadership and key stakeholders.

Support cloud, infrastructure, security, and operational technology initiatives as needed.

7+ years of overall IT experience.

5+ years of Project Management experience.

Proven experience managing infrastructure-focused projects.

Strong understanding of multiple infrastructure domains, such as:Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)NetworkingCybersecurityData center and site infrastructureEnterprise technology environments

Experience with Operational Technology (OT), industrial IT, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or similar environments.

Experience leading cloud migration initiatives.

Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent.

Portuguese and English bilingual proficiency.
