- Ensure traceability from business requirement through build, testing, and final sign-off.
- Prioritize and resolve reporting demands across R2R, P2P, D2F, and P2D workstreams, using value, risk, regulatory impact, and delivery constraints to guide decisions.
- Escalate unresolved conflicts to program leadership with clear options and recommendations.
- Steer key solution design choices, such as embedded analytics vs. Power BI, real-time vs. batch reporting, and standard content vs. custom extensions.

- Partner with the BI Sub-PM to align requirements with sprint planning, track delivery milestones, surface risks early, and maintain overall implementation visibility.
- Review vendor-delivered artifacts in S/4HANA and Snowflake to confirm they meet business requirements, solution design, and best practices.
- Ensure requirements are complete, measurable, and testable, including business rules, data granularity, dimensions, KPI logic, and reconciliation principles.
- Validate reporting requirements and access controls, including alignment with SAP PFCG and DnA security models.
- Identify and manage risks related to data availability, data model readiness, performance, and cross-system dependencies, and propose mitigation actions.
- Oversee analytics UAT, business reconciliation, and formal sign-off, while supporting post-go-live reporting ownership, issue handling, enhancement flow, and value realization through simplification of redundant legacy reports.

- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions within SAP environments and to influence external system integrators and technical teams.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to build consensus across business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and risk management skills, along with experience in change management and supporting organizational transition.
