Position Objective
Serve as a specialized technical consultant for ECCOX and BMC products, ensuring successful implementations, second-level technical support, proof-of-concept execution, training delivery, and assisted operation — guaranteeing that clients use the software correctly, efficiently, and in alignment with best practices.
Job Description (Responsibilities Complementary Experience)
- Plan and execute implementations of ECCOX and BMC software within client environments.
- Perform technical configurations, parameterizations, and environment-specific adjustments.
- Provide Level 2 technical support, resolving complex incidents.
- Support the Sales and Pre-Sales teams in POCs and technical demonstrations.
- Deliver technical and functional training sessions for clients and partners.
- Act as a post-sales technical consultant, guiding clients on best practices.
- Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, guides, and playbooks.
- Work cross-functionally with Delivery, Product, Development, and Support teams.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise software implementation and support, particularly BMC (on-premises or cloud).
- Knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS, DB2, JCL) and open platforms (Linux, Windows, APIs).
- Strong technical and functional software analysis skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting, log analysis, and incident resolution.
- Working knowledge of databases (DB2, SQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with ticketing and issue-tracking tools.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience conducting proof-of-concept (POC) projects and technical presentations.
- Background in technical training and end-user enablement.
- Technical proficiency in Spanish.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL, database, IBM tools, DevOps).
