The selected candidate will support the payroll function within a dynamic organisation operating in the yachting industry. The role involves assisting with the processing and administration of payroll services for crew members, shore-based employees, and related entities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable employment, tax, and social security regulations.

Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for yacht crew members and shore-based employees.

Maintain accurate payroll records, including salaries, allowances, bonuses, deductions, leave entitlements, and other employee-related information.

Ensure payroll data is entered accurately and processed within established deadlines.

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes from a payroll and administrative perspective.

Support the preparation of employment documentation, payroll summaries, and reports.

Liaise with crew members, clients, captains, managers, and relevant stakeholders regarding payroll-related matters.

Assist in the calculation and processing of leave, overtime, sickness benefits, and other payroll adjustments.

Maintain employee databases and ensure payroll records remain up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Assist with the preparation and submission of statutory payroll-related reports and documentation.

Reconcile payroll data and investigate discrepancies where necessary.

Support compliance with employment legislation, tax obligations, social security requirements, and company procedures.

Provide administrative support to the payroll, corporate, and compliance teams as required.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes and internal controls.

Previous experience in payroll administration, accounting, HR administration, or a related field will be considered an asset.

Experience within the yachting, maritime, shipping, or corporate services sector would be advantageous.
