What are we looking for?
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the financial services domain. This professional will act as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery excellence, and stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at translating business needs into deliverables, managing dependencies, and bringing people together to achieve outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Main assignments:
- Lead complex, enterprise-level projects and programs across multiple business lines.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives and define deliverables.
- Coordinate work across technical teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing demands and constraints.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and communication.
- Ensure clarity and accountability across teams through effective governance and reporting.
- Use tools such as Smartsheet, BPM, and ServiceNow to manage portfolio visibility and performance.
- Support portfolio-level initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- Experience with HR Systems like Workday and Peoplesoft.
- Extensive experience in financial services or banking.
- Proven success leading cross-functional and business-facing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of IT environments and delivery constraints.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Meeting Logs, BPM, and ServiceNow.
- Experience managing portfolios or large programs preferred.
- Strong leadership and indirect people management skills.
- Fluent English.
Differentials:
- Projects include a mix of new initiatives and ongoing long-term programs.
- Collaboration with offshore and cross-functional teams across time zones.
- Work hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST).
- Remote from Brazil.
