Do you want to work in a dynamic environment? As an Operations Runner, you will ensure that delivery orders flow smoothly within our unit, handle administrative tasks, resolve issues, and provide first-class customer service.
About the Vacancy:

Organize and transport food orders efficiently within our unit until collection by couriers

Take care of administrative tasks, keep facilities clean, and be a problem “solver”.

To be the bridge between Kitchen Central and our partners, restaurants, and drivers.
What You Will Do:

Be the front line of our business!

Pick up orders from the kitchens and take them to the central processing area.

Provide exceptional service for internal staff, restaurant staff, and app delivery people.
Qualifications:
-
Being able to lift up to 20 kg and climb stairs.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to solve problems independently.
-
Good communication, both in person and online.
-
Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience in customer service, food services, or as a driver of delivery apps is a differential.
