The role
The Account Success Manager (ASM) plays a pivotal role in transforming customer sales into long-term success. Driven by a mantra of maximizing "users and usage," you will serve as the primary strategic liaison between assigned accounts and internal teams such as technical support, product management, and account management. By developing a deep understanding of customer businesses and workflows, you will ensure users transition smoothly into active advocates of our solutions. This role focuses on optimizing product value, building strong operational rhythms, and addressing complex challenges. Please note this is an office-based role requiring occasional travel to client sites, and it does not have direct reports.
In this role you will have the opportunity to
- Build strong, loyal relationships with key account stakeholders through a consistent interaction cadence, ensuring proactive support and a highly collaborative operating rhythm.
- Assess client requirements and align them with internal technical experts to deliver targeted onboarding and training, actively following up to ensure realized value.
- Track KPIs, NPS data, and usage metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities, delivering meaningful insights and executive-level reporting to clients.
- Partner closely with Strategic Account Managers to provide data-driven insights from account knowledge, identifying opportunities to expand the account with additional products or services.
- Monitor customer engagement with technical support, liaising directly with internal domain specialists to address deep technical questions and resolve issues before they escalate.
- Represent the voice of the customer at a strategic level within Seequent, ensuring their needs actively shape product development, onboarding approaches, and overall customer experience.
Essential Knowledge Skills And Experience
- Bring 7+ years of relevant industry experience, providing the credibility required to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain an empathetic, results-oriented approach heavily focused on understanding customer challenges, driving positive outcomes, and fostering long-term loyalty.
- Possess wide technical proficiency across Seequent’s portfolio (broad rather than deep), enabling you to connect different products and confidently frame solution pathways.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, combined with high emotional intelligence, to build trust, navigate ambiguity, and strengthen complex organizational relationships.
- Apply a strong ability to anticipate potential roadblocks, investigate issues thoroughly, and provide creative, effective solutions.
- Utilize excellent organizational capabilities to manage competing priorities across a complex portfolio of major accounts while consistently driving project momentum.
