About the role
Billor is a freight-tech company operating at the intersection of Fintech, Technology, and Freight. Our team manages a complex fleet operation across multiple Distribution Centers, and we are growing fast. We are looking for a Trailer Fleet Maintenance Analyst to reinforce our operations.
Responsibilities

Responsible for managing the recognition of our fleet Trailers.

Manage repair time, cost and quality indicators.

Technical analysis to determine best repairs and best market practices according to need

Contact and relationship with Third-Party Shops.

Service order management.

Ensure good productivity with our in-house repair time in the USA.

Support in making decisions related to the asset.

Search for the best prices on parts, labor and practices.
Requisitos:

Bachelor's degree,Mechanical Engineer, Automotive or related field completed.

Fluent English - written and spoken (mandatory)
-
Basic knowledge in automotive maintenance such as: Preventive maintenance, corrective, parts and weld.

Experience with fleet operations will be an advantage

Diesel Mechanic Knowledge will be an advantage

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with fleet or asset management tools is a plus

Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
