What you'll be doing:
Actively contribute to the design and implementation of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, focusing on Core Platform and ITSM.
Develop and configure integrations of third-party systems with ServiceNow using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
Participate in the full development lifecycle (architecture, coding, testing, and deployment) ensuring ServiceNow best practices.
Actively participate in technical refinements, translating business requirements into precise technical specifications.
Participate in code reviews, collaborate with the technical team, and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Engage in meetings, assist in solution presentations, and align technically with international clients and stakeholders.
What You Bring (Mandatory Requirements):
Solid experience in Core Platform (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, Flow Designer, ACLs).
Practical experience in the implementation and customization of the ITSM module (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
Experience building Integrations (REST, SOAP, inbound/outbound integrations, Web Services, import sets, and transform maps).
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON.
Fluent English (Mandatory): Ability to communicate effectively in technical meetings and interact daily with global clients and teams (e.g., USA, Canada).
What will make you stand out:
Active ServiceNow Certifications.
Previous experience in consulting firms.
Knowledge of other modules (such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM) or familiarity with Service Portal and advanced widgets.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
