About the Opportunity
At ADM, technology is a key driver to transform our business and enable better ways of working. We are looking for a System Specialist I – RSA Human Nutrition Lead for Latin America to join our IT team and act as a strategic partner between technology and business areas.
In this role, you will support the evolution of ADM’s business processes and systems, working closely with global and regional stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, improve processes, and deliver technology capabilities that create business value.

What You Will Do

Act as a bridge between business teams, IT teams, system analysts, developers, and process owners to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.

Understand end-to-end business processes and support the definition, documentation, prioritization, and delivery of functional requirements.

Partner with global and regional stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions aligned with ADM’s strategy.

Support projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

Participate in business case development, fit/gap analysis, process mapping, and solution design discussions.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product testing, and implementation activities to ensure successful delivery.

Maintain process documentation, system knowledge, and operational materials according to governance standards.

Provide functional expertise for audits, compliance requirements, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support incident management, service requests, enhancements, and production support activities.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Global Process Owners, Solution Leaders, and other technology experts to define future roadmaps and capabilities.

Requirements
